The MC is the only thread: between each act, the MC resets the room, raises the stakes, and hands the stage to someone new. The rule of the evening: every trick happens within arm’s reach. No large apparatus, no assistants in boxes, no smoke machines. House of Legends has 32 seats — and that proximity is the weapon. A card that changes in a guest’s hand at table 4 is worth more than any stage illusion in a 500-seat theatre.
